SMALL GROUP STRENGTH
with a maximum of 8 people per class, these classes provide members with the experience of a personal training session at a quarter of the price. this allows our members to get multiple training sessions in each week without the enormous outlay of hiring a trainer. a major focus is on educating members on correct technique and training principles to achieve their desired end result.
LARGE GROUP TRAINING
with a maximum of 36 people per class, these classes compliment your small group or gym training and are the conditioning tools needed to help achieve your goals. train with like minded people in an inspiring and motivating atmosphere. a major focus is on educating members on correct technique and training principles to achieve their desired end result.
