FULL-BODY: (HYBRID FOCUS):

Are you ready to claim the title ‘strength training champion’? With our full-body class, that’s what you’ll get! Prepare yourself, with our full-body class our coaches will help you master the art of proper lifting technique, consistent progression, increasing your strength, and most importantly, helping you meet the goals you’ve set to become your stronger, fabulous self. Becoming your stronger self isn’t a walk in the park though! Prepare to be consistently pushed above and beyond your limits with this feisty body strength and conditioning workout.

LOWER-BODY 1: (SQUAT FOCUS):

Drop it like it’s hot – in lower-body 1, we're hitting those squats and hitting them hard! There’s more to squats than just going up and down, and our coaches are here to show you just how it’s done. Focusing on perfect technique, our coaches will guide you through correct posture, depth, tempo, and different stances to achieve your goals and test boundaries. This class primarily focuses on the squat and lower body accessories, so prepare to set those glutes alight!

LOWER-BODY 2: (DEADLIFT FOCUS):

Let’s be honest, not all of us are sure if we’re doing deadlifts correctly, but that’s where our coaches come into play—they do! The purpose of our lower-body 2 class is for our coaches to work with you to ensure you’re tackling deadlifts the way they should be done: with great technique and a strange love for these challenging exercises. With a coach by your side, not only can you be assured you’re learning the proper technique, but you’ll also have no choice but to do them! This class primarily focuses on the deadlift and lower body accessories.

UPPER-BODY 1: (Primary Bench):

How much do you bench? Get ready to find out with our upper-body 1 class. With the support and guidance of our coaches, we’re going to help you raise the bar! In this session, the coach will help you nail your technique, primarily focusing on the bench press and upper body accessories. There won’t be any poor form or getting stuck under a heavy bar; our coaches will be almost too close by to let that happen!

UPPER-BODY 2: (Secondary bench):

Practice makes perfect and perfect is what our coaches are going to make you! In our upper-body 2 class, our coaches will work closely with you to correct your bench press technique and ensure you are feeling that goodburn in your upper body accessory work.
