For as long as I can remember, I have had a burning desire to create a training facility like no other.

A place with an atmosphere like no other, a place filled with fun + excitement + people who want to be there. But most importantly, a place filled with people who feel welcomed + included + inspired. 

The m+a concept was created because Melody and I both knew, that the vision we both had on how a training facility should be, was the right one. All that was left to do was to bring it to life. 

My personal training philosophy is based around doing a few things extremely well + educating people on training smarter, not harder. As a powerlifter, my main focus when it comes to my team is teaching + improving their technique in the big three lifts (squat, bench + deadlift). 

The training philosophy for m+a is more about building a sustainable lifestyle. We want our members to understand + enjoy their journey and to learn to look at it not as a final destination, but as a lifetime commitment.

We do this by creating the simplest of training + nutrition methods to follow based entirely around their lifestyle.  

Add to this our recovery room, which is fitted out with an infrared sauna + ice bath, you then have all the tools available to build/maintain your perfect health + fitness regime.
