You will receive full access to the M+A branded training app for the duration of your program. This means that you do not need to be a member of the performance studio to utilize these programs. This is a 4 week program designed to help build a well sculpted lower half - Heavily glute focused. It is made up of two lower-body days only so adding in your own upper-body days is recommended.

This is a 10 week program split in to two five week blocks with the fifth week of each block being a de-load week. The main goals throughout this program are improving body composition (decreasing body fat percentage/increasing lean muscle mass) as well as a huge focus on improving lifitng technique.

This is a six week program focused around improving body composition + conditioning + lifestyle habits. Main goals: Increasing lean muscle mass, decreasing body fat, improving all-round physical + mental health.

STRENGTH PROGRAMS

6 week STRENGTH BLOCK: bench + deadlift focus

This is a six week block where the main focus is on building strength in your bench + deadlift. There is a top single on your main bench + deadlift day each week. These singles are NOT to be done super heavy and are purely there to focus + improve tehcnique.
